Licence Types
IES commercial licences (for end user use only and not for use by third parties) and non commercial (academic and student) licences are available in the following types:
Annual
The IES annual rental agreement covers all software updates, database updates, manufacturers’ data base update and telephone support for the duration of the rental. Telephone support provides direct access to experienced technical staff and software developers.
It is available in the following options:
- Stand Alone (single PC)
- Site (across a local network, LAN, at a single postal address)
- WAN (across a national/international wide area network, at multiple postal addresses)
Rolling
The IES rolling licence is inclusive of maintenance for the first year. For the second and subsequent years Annual Software Maintenance is charged at 15% of the active product list price at the time of renewal. Annual maintenance covers all software updates, database updates, manufacturers’ database updates and telephone support. Telephone support provides direct access to experienced technical staff and software developers.
It is available in the following options:
- Stand Alone (single PC)
- Site (across a local network, LAN, at a single postal address)
- WAN (across a national/international wide area network, at multiple postal addresses)
