IES have recently been accepted into the AIA Continuing Education Systems program and are one of the newest Registered Providers. We are excited about the future and growth of the AIA/CES, and we are pleased to have been chosen to join the network of providers who offer quality continuing education to AIA members, and other design professionals worldwide.
The majority of our core training courses now qualify for AIA/CES Learning Unit Hours. In addition, a number of these courses also qualify for Health, Safety & Welfare (HSW), and Sustainable Design (SD) credits. See the Training Catalog for full details on all of our AIA CES registered courses.
At the beginning of 2009 the AIA Board of Directors modified the AIA-member continuing education requirement to include 4 hours of education in Sustainable Design as part of the existing 18-hour annual requirement. This sustainable design requirement extends through to 2012 and many of our course are registered for these credits.
